Every Bridge Liberia teacher not only goes through an intensive induction training program before they enter the classroom but they also receive continuous support and coaching during their time with Bridge Liberia. Induction training provides a foundational platform where Bridge Liberia supported teachers can hone new classroom techniques and absorb a new teaching philosophy, known to improve learning. Once they complete training and enter into the classroom, our academic field team is regularly in classrooms, observing teachers, while school leaders are trained to provide active feedback and coaching to help drive continuous improvement.
